Say hello to our newest team member, Hope Richards! She’s joining our ranks as Development Support. As our development team takes on bigger and better projects, she’ll be working hard to make sure everything runs smoothly.

“I grew up with a love for helping others, community, and obsessively organizing just about everything. If you met my Dad, he’d tell you embarrassing stories about me organizing my stuffed animals so that they could all see out my bedroom window. Since then, I’ve used my passion for organization and helping others in various administrative support and customer service roles.

My job at Business Builders is to help plan, scope, and communicate on development projects, create efficient systems, and communicate with clients on support tickets. Outside of work, I enjoy playing music with my husband, snuggling our pup, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors.”
